Editorial policy
These standards guide how AugmentedPodcast.com researches, writes, reviews, updates, and corrects practical coverage of podcast technology and craft.
Purpose and scope
We publish educational material about augmented podcasting, production workflows, audio design, interaction, accessibility, measurement, and ethics. Every guide should answer a real creator or listener question and distinguish established practice from an editorial recommendation.
Accuracy and sourcing
Important technical, accessibility, measurement, and governance claims are checked against relevant primary or authoritative sources. Long-form articles include a deliberately selected editorial source in the article body and may also point readers to related internal guides. We do not invent search metrics, performance results, credentials, partnerships, or testimonials.
Independence
The publication does not accept paid placement inside its editorial guides. When a future page contains sponsorship, affiliate relationships, supplied access, or another material relationship, that relationship must be disclosed clearly near the relevant content. Product access does not guarantee positive coverage.
Automation and human review
Automation may assist research organization, transcription, editing, formatting, quality checks, or drafting. A human editor remains responsible for the published meaning, links, claims, examples, and corrections. Synthetic quotations, invented experience, and unverified claims are not acceptable substitutes for reporting or expertise.
Accessibility and usability
Pages use semantic headings, keyboard-focus styles, responsive layouts, descriptive links, alternative text, readable contrast, and reduced-motion support. We treat access as part of editorial quality rather than a separate finishing task.
Corrections and updates
Material errors should be corrected promptly. When a change affects the substance or interpretation of a guide, the page should describe the update and use an accurate modification date. Cosmetic changes do not justify presenting old work as newly revised.
Contact
Send factual corrections, accessibility issues, rights questions, or editorial concerns to [email protected]. Include the page URL and enough detail to review the issue.
